John is semi-retired. Tollefsen Law PLLC. is no longer in business. John has retained his licenses in Oregon, Washington, California, New York, Washington D.C., and Texas and does business as Tollefsen Law, a proprietorship of John Tollefsen. He does occasional legal work that interests him from his home in the Seattle area. He is mostly interested in fraud and securities law (plaintiff and defense), expert witness testimony (international business law and legal malpractice), and complex litigation (including serving as a mediator and arbitrator).
