Strategy Meeting
An initial meeting with your team that will allow us to evaluate your legal needs, including potential IP risk, which form of entity is ideal for your company, and how to best position your company to attract funding. These sessions are also available
for already established businesses who are not current clients, allowing for a 3rd party evaluation of your legal exposure.
Entity Formation
All entity formation packages include an initial strategy meeting, which will allow us to understand the needs of your business and tailor formation documents specifically for your company.
Limited Liability Company: filing of all formation documents, obtaining federal tax ID, drafting and tailoring of LLC operating agreement.
Incorporation: tailoring articles of incorporation, company bylaws, written consents, organizational meeting minutes, founder agreements including IP contribution, federal tax ID.
Hourly Rates
Please contact us for our reasonable hourly rate for unbundled services. We are also open to alternative fee arrangements for discrete tasks, depending on the complexity of the matter. Please contact us to inquire about alternative billing arrangements.
